Processing Time – Processing is typically 1-2 days. During this time we verify your products are actually in stock and your credit card is valid. Although stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display. As such, we apologize but Motorcitysoccer.com cannot guarantee that any item ordered will be in stock at the time of purchase. Should we not have the product that has been ordered, no charges will be issued for the item and we will do everything we can to try and accommodate the customer. All orders from Motor City Soccer / Soccer Plus are processed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We do not process orders on Christmas day or the day after.

Shipping Time – We typically use USPS for shipping. Standard shipping is 2-5 days on average within the continental US. Overnight is 1 day. International shipping is $22 plus 4% of your order total, but please note we can not accept an international credit card for the purchase.
